2 large beets

1 Orange

Orange juice

Sugar to taste

2.Preparation

Boil the beets

Cut beets boiled

Then put boiled beet section in a blender cuisine and add orange juice

And add sugar 

 And in the end we get beet juice (Barba) health and wellness
