Recipe of (Razzat lkadi)
1.Ingredients
White flour
Yellow flour
1 vanilla sugar (If you like)
A bit of butter
Table oil
1 pastry leavening
Water
Note: 1 kg flour gives 50 or 60 small Razzat lkadi
2.Preparation
Mixing flour with water with vanilla sugar to make a cohesive dough should not be solid
Then makes them balls, Then take each ball and extend it and brush it with butter and sprinkle with flour yellow and oil and pastry leavening then leave a bit to rest
