Fish Tagine recipe

Fish Tagine recipe           








1Kg white fish fillet
Half a Kg of carrots, and half a Kg of potatoes
1 Green pepper and 1 red pepper
2 medium-sized onions, cilantro poles
Three tomatoes, and a bundle of coriander and parsley
7 hearts of the artichoke and ½ cup lemon juice
1 small Lemon pickle, 10 and red olives
1 small can tomatoes paste
Fish bouillon cube, a teaspoon of each: salt, garlic, paprika, chili peppers, cumin

2.Preparation  
  
Confuse spices like the picture and put the pieces fish for an hour, as the same time bring vegetables and we cut it and then proceed to prepare tagine


Put a little oil in the tagine and sow sticks with coriander


Cut onion circles and lemon pickle and put them over the coriander, and this is the secret thrill of this Tagine

Note: Do not add water completely, vegetables and fish give their water
