Recipe of "Seffa Medfoona"








1.ingredients:

1/2 kg of angel hair
1 small glass of cooking oil
salt
Water
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the chicken:
700 g of chicken
2 large onions, chopped
5 tbsp oil
salt / pepper / saffron / ginger / cinnamon
Coriander and parsley
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp raisins
Water


2.preparation:

In a pot, place the chicken, add the onion, oil, herbs and spices. Sear over low heat then sprinkle sufficient water and cook.



 Complete before cooking add the raisins.
Remove the chicken once cooked and add 1 tsp sugar and 1 case of cinnamon and simmer.
Bone the chicken and crumble the meat and add to the sauce.





Meanwhile boil 1 liter of water into the steamer pot with 2 small cinnamon sticks.
Working angel hair with a little oil then place in strainer steamer and cook for 20 min.
Remove the colander and put the angel hair pasta in a dish and pour a glass of salt water and a little oil, stir and put in colander for 15 to 20 min.
Continue until cooked angel hair and just before the last step add raisins to cook as steam.



Dispoer angel hair in a bowl, add the butter, sugar and mix.
In a dish arrange a layer of presenation of angel hair pasta, then a layer of chicken.


Cover with a second layer of angel hair and the rest of chicken.


Cover with angel hair pasta and garnish with almonds, sugar and cinnamon.
